If you are asking the question, “Can my church change?”, then you are asking the wrong question. And there is a great deal of energy spent in asking the wrong questions today.
Stop asking this question. Your church will change. If you do nothing, your church will change. If you do something, your church will change.
The question to ask is “How will I lead my church to change?” And as a pastor, you have to make prayerfully discerned, Spirit-guided decisions about how to shepherd the people through the process. This book will help.
You cannot stop change. Your church cannot stop change. It is coming; it is happening now. You will act. Your church will act. No one is able to remain neutral, no matter what they think or do.
