Using the Calendar to Reach Your Neighbors 1

Many believers in the United States do not know their neighbors. And they often prefer to share the gospel with people they know. Clearly, a disconnect exists.

Several years ago, I developed a very simple and fun outreach method that involves holiday parties. The Christian calendar provides numerous annual events to gather with neighbors around food and tradition. And those traditions are excellent pathways on which our witness may travel.

Last week, I posted the video below on my YouTube Channel. I describe how to connect with neighbors through casual family parties that open the door for gospel proclamation.
