I started writing this post from a conference room in Seoul, Korea and finishing it in the Atlanta airport. I have been in transit for the past day, so please excuse the brevity.
Yesterday, I received an email containing sad new. Charles Brock suddenly passed away. I heard the report shortly after it happened, but wanted the relatives to hear before posting something for you.
Many of you knew Charles and have been greatly influenced by his ministry. Over the years, he served as a missionary in the Philippines and as president/founder of Church Growth International. Many of you would not be where you are had it not been for God’s grace to you through Charles.
I would not be who I am without God’s grace through Charles. In fact, I have been training Korean pastors this week as a result of Charles’ teaching. I lit my candle for church multiplication at Charles’ fire.
I plan to share more in a future post as soon as I can.
